The "ST commands" John refers to are actually Screentime's STF commands. You can find out how to extend Flash's ActionScript with our STF class of properties and methods here. All the STF commands are documented here.

This sample uses Screentime's STF ActionScript class to check for a active internet connection, download files, and set the active wallpaper. The STF commands used are: STF.checkNetConnection(), STF.downloadFile(), STF.setActiveWallpaper().
