Basic Connected Saver

This example shows you how to check for a net connection, download an image to a local directory, and set the image to be the active wallpaper -- using STF.checkNetConnection(), STF.downloadFile(), and STF.setActiveWallpaper().

Handling Personal Firewall Software

One thing to be aware of in creating a connected Windows screen saver is that personal or company firewall software may need to be trained to allow the saver to make its connection. See Handling Firewalls for more information.
