Situation:
NFL franchise The Baltimore Ravens was searching for a way to directly access, and interact with, its legions of followers across the U.S. More specifically, it wanted to leverage the power of the Internet to push content on a regular basis to fans, rather than waiting for them to come to the team’s website
Solution:
Ravens interactive agency ID Society pulled a piece of the Ravens’ content management system into a new team screensaver using ScreenTime Media’s ScreenTime for Flash. The groundbreaking saver can download files and settings each time it launches on the user’s PC, whether or not the user is currently logged on. In addition to news, stats, and multimedia, the screensaver “skin” changes on game day to match the team’s “home” or “away” uniform colors.
