Do I need to purchase both the Mac and Windows versions to make screen savers for both platforms?
Yes. Currently, our Mac software creates screen savers and applications for the Mac and likewise for the PC. We expect to add cross platform functionality sometime this year.

Can I get the software right away?
If you order new software online, you will be able to download the software right away.
If you order a software update online, you will receive an email within one business day containing a download link to the new software.
If you place your order on the phone, you will receive a download link to the software after we process your order.
We can also ship you a hard copy of the software via Fedex or Fedex 3-day delivery.
Do you have a reseller program?

I've lost my password. Where can I find it?
Your installer password appears on the software download page to the right of the download link. If you did not write down your password when you downloaded the software, your electronic invoice contains a link to the download page. The invoice was emailed to you within one business day of your purchase. Your download page is active for approximately one month after your date of purchase.
What is your return policy?
All ScreenTime Media products have a 30 day money back guarantee. Refund payments will be issued when merchandise is returned to ScreenTime Media.
Customers who paid by credit card will be issued a credit to the same credit card used during the initial purchase of the product. Customers who paid by check will be issued a check by mail. Customers who paid by wire transfer will be issued a check by mail.
Can I check out the End User License Agreement (EULA) before I buy?
