mProjector Documentation

Question:

Where is mProjector Help? How do I get the latest mProjector Help files? I downloaded mProjector Help file from Screentime.com but how do I install it into Flash?

Answer:

You can find mProjector Help online and install mProjector Help into Flash's Help panel.

1) Download and Install the Macromedia Extension Manager: You will need Macromedia Extension Manager to install and manage Flash extensions like mProjector's Help extension. It's free and you can download it from Adobe.com

2) Download our latest Help file (.mxp, Macromedia extension package):

mProjector_mxp.zip

3) Install Extension: Double click the downloaded mxp file. It will open the Extension Manager and start the installation.

After installing this extension you will find a new "mProjector" topic in Flash's Help panel and the ActionScript editor will support code hints and completion for mProjector methods.

Find mProjector Help:

1) Open Flash's Help Panel: Select Help Menu->Help (or hit the F1 key). The Help panel may be minimized in your current layout. If you don't see the panel and can't find it, switch your layout to Macromedia's default "Training" layout by selecting Window Menu->Panel Sets->Training.
2) Select the "Help" tab at the top of the panel.
3) Click the "Table of Contents" icon (it looks like an open book).
4) Scroll to the top of the Table of Contents and find the book called "mProjector"
5) Click the mProjector book icon and you will see intro topics and chapters for each mProjector class. Click on a topic to read more.
