Screentime supports AS1, AS2 and AS3 -- The basic idea of Screentime is to enable you to do anything you normally do with Flash in a browser as a screensaver.

Beyond that Screentime offers a STF class component that extends Flash ActionScript. When this component is included in your SWF you can download files, set custom wallpapers, read, write, copy and delete files, detect if a computer is connected to the internet and more. Currently the Screentime component supports AS2.0 only. We will be releasing an AS3.0 version with the next major revision.
