flash.ocx or swflash.ocx not found

Why do I get the message "Cannot find the file swflash.ocx" or "Cannot find the file flash.ocx" when my screen saver tries to run?
Answer:
Your screen saver was probably built with an early release of ScreenTime for Flash. To fix this problem, the screen saver needs to be built with a newer version ScreenTime for Flash.
If you are a user of the screen saver, you will need to get in touch with the original designer to see if there is an update. Try to look for contact information on the site where you originally downloaded the screen saver and send them an e-mail to see if there is a newer screen saver.
