ScreenTime for Flash for Mac Will Not Start

Why won't the ScreenTime for Flash for Macintosh application start after I have successfully installed it on my Macintosh?
Answer:
The version of CarbonLib may be too old on your Macintosh. CarbonLib is a common system extension found on the Mac. Locate this extension in your Extensions Folder and "Get Info" on it to determine the version number. If the version is earlier than 1.6, please download this version (or a newer version!) from the Apple Support site, it will be free. You can download version 1.6 from:
