This is a bug in Windows. This error occurs on computers running newly installed system software where a password has not been defined and password protection has not been used.

You can correct this error by following these steps.

1) Open the Display Control Panel. You can open the control panel by right clicking on the desktop and selecting "Properties" from the pop-up menu.

2) Click the "Screen Saver" tab.

3) Check and uncheck the "Password protected" check box.

4) Click the "Apply" button in the lower right hand corner of control panel.
